[UA] Austin Texas and the Ordo Corpulentus

Hello:

I am making a street-level campaign set in Austin, Texas. I'm using one 
of the adventure seeds suggested in the manual, in which the PCs are 
grad students at the University and have a parapsychology subject. The 
assignment for their group, this semester, is to investigate the occult 
scene in town and see how deep it goes - 100% of the grade depends on that.

[FROM NOW ON THERE ARE SPOILERS]

In the manual, there's a cabal of cannibal race supremacists called the 
Ordo Corpulentus that dominates the Austin Occult Underground. What can 
you tell me about it, please? And since I'm not American, what can you 
tell me about Austin, Texas and the Texas University in Austin?
