Wow. Didn't they have any suspicions? I think that has
got to be one of the most horrible kick-in-the-gut
jokes the universe has ever pulled on anyone.

In UA, this is a valid method of resurrection,
swapping one for the other. Perhaps there's an
expensive proxy ritual that allows one to do this.
Perhaps the couple almost pulled it off.
