Well, the first ritual messed with the Mind, and the second with the Body.
Clearly, the third must involve the Soul.
I'm reminded of The Spider, creepy cyber-Avatar of the Merchant, in Swap
Meet (from Weep).
And the omnipresence of the World Wide WEB.
And that Standard & Poor's Depository Receipts (SPDR) are commonly known as
"spiders". Each share of a spider contains one-tenth of the S&P 500 index,
and so trades at roughly one-tenth of the level of the S&P 500.
Normally I'd just let these ingredients ferment in a back corner of my mind,
but maybe Bastien or Scott or Chris can do something hellish with it.
Me, I'm still writing anagrams of Alex Abel's name across the walls of my
room, because I'm certain -- CERTAIN, I TELL YOU -- that his full name is an
anagram of the Naked Goddess', and that Arkane did a weird proxy ritual to
Abel when they were in his limo in 1996.
