[UA] Help Debugging a Scenario

For an otherworldly feeling mix with the bureocracy and spy paranoia
madness of Stanislaw Lem's "Memories Found in a Bathtube". The
otherspace is not only full of (shadows?) of dead/never real research
proyects... but researches, and military staff, all running through
the motions without realizing they dont know anything about the world
outside the Bunker from 30 years, nobody ages, nobody dies although
they kill each other regularly cause they are spies or saboteurs or
put fluoride on their precious body fluids...
