Nothing says 'urbanomancy major charge' like rendering a dozen city blocks permanently uninhabitable :) This kind of stuff could result ina very action-movie like change of pace for a campaign, which might or might not be something you want.

Ooooh-I REALLY like that idea. And I was already including a room full 
of filing cabinets full of planned but never executed CIA covert 
ops-this will fit in great. :)
