[UA] Max Attacks & virtual otherspace

I just heard this story on podcast:

My first thought was that it's totally UA.  Like a Max Attacks project
that got out of control and took an unintended direction.

Maybe originally intended as therapy for stressed out employees, they
accidently hooked into some intangible variant of "otherspace" vaguely
akin to the Lovecraftian Dreamlands and things just went from there.
