[UA] Psychopathy

I was wondering what the mechanics for psychopathy
actually are.

We have emotional dysfunctional sociopaths but what
about those solispsists that have trouble relating to
the consequences of their actions.

My quick fix would be to assign or tag all of their
Passions to psychopath character.

Hi-I-Am-John's-Psychopathy

Fear: If anything attempts to harm John.

Rage: If anything hampers John.

Noble: If anything helps John.

Will this work? It seems so. Does anyone have any
other variants or rules for this?
