[UA] Terminus, GA

Hi, I've been lurking on the list for a while and this my first post. 
So...this city idea sounds very very much like Michael Moorcock's 
Tanelorn, sometimes called the Eternal or Dreaming City, that's featured 
in his Eternal Champion books:  the Elric Series, Jerry Corneilious 
series, the Von Beck series etc etc.  Moorcock's books aren't typically 
where one would think to go for UA inspiration, but I guess it just 
depends on the level of campaign you're running.
