The idea sounds very cool and similar to one I had for a never-started
campaign based on the manga Urumaki; it may give you some ideas to get
that comic.

I love the little details to give away the false nature of the city...
I imagine things like nobody you know being a native Termin...
¿Terminonian? ¿Terminian? Nobody is sure of the name, either :-P.
There are stadiums, but no city team of any sport. Everybody knows how
to get in our out of the town but nobody can actually explain what
highway you use to get out of there. It is both North & South of
Atlanta, East & West... it depends of who you ask and when.
