So we all know the Virginia Tech shooter had a receipt for the
firearms he used in his backpack... even though he'd filed off the
serial numbers.

"The suspect entered the Hess Gas Station wearing a mask and holding a
rifle case. Once inside the store, the suspect pulled out an AK-47
rifle and demanded money and cigarettes from the clerk. When the
suspect fled the scene, he left behind the rifle case which contained
a receipt for a firearm with the suspect's name and address on the
receipt."
