[UA] help with a school

I don't really get the paradox here. You generate charges that allow people
to do what you want by...having them do what you want? Gaining charges by
doing things that other people ask you to do seems much better.
I'd be really cautious of this school though. UA is purposefully designed so
you can't force people to do things for you pretty much. Making them seem
like their boss is fine and all, but any direct Mind Controll I would
reccomend letting the victem make a stress check against it.
