More likely someone like the sleepers, if they can introduce this concept 
successfully into the collective, they have just held off the Big Reset 
indefinitly. Especially with the help of the more staid archetypes behind 
them, or those that feel the need to protect their position from encroaching 
Godwalkers, like The True King, and the Chronicler. A war in heaven with 
mortal pawns.

Not sure which side the Comte would take.
