Fair enough.
I actually came across the link whilst I was trying to rediscover the URL
for a Burger King employee's blog I came across a couple of years ago,
filled with all sorts of stories about interesting, annoying and often
downright wacko customers. It's still out there, AFAIK; does anyone know
the URL?
The whole marketing gimmick of BK is 'flame broiled', which consists of

A few years back, either Burger King or Hungry Jack's (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burger_King#HungryJacks) -- I forget which --
was allegedly busted here in Australia for not flame-grilling their
burgers. Apparently, the patties had grill-marks pre-sprayed onto them with
some sort of browning agent. When they came off the hotplate, they had
nice, deep brown stripes "grilled" into them -- looked like the real thing.
