Actually, I had a great idea for her adepts' charging structure.
Adepts can get minor charges on their own, but for sigs, they have to 
steal them (or be given willingly) from Plutomancers.

Also, there's probably a significant rote that allows a practitioner to 
compel the Supreme Court.  And as for the blast, her manner of death 
makes that somewhat obvious...
