Oh, of course.

It's no wonder the US acts unitarily.  Attitudes like that, why work
with others?

I can't say I'm a fan of the Bushes ( except the Twins ;) ) but so far
they're responsible for:

1) Hurricane Katrina
2) AIDS in Africa
3) 9/11

and now crime rates in South Africa.

Scapegoating only serves to discredit the speaker, as hyperbolic
rhetoric discredits realistic criticism ( like insane social spending,
rewarding bad intelligence producers, and the usurping of States
rights, et. al. ).
