[UA] Horsie!

I'd count them as ley lines, but my favorite UA character was a  
thaumaturgical engineer--he worked for the DOT, and his job was to  
design interstate and transportation paths, allowing him to work in  
ways to transfer mystical energy between cities in times of national  
crises. The airpaths were a particular annoyance to him, as they  
didn't provide a material substance to engender such transfers.

I didn't get to play him much, but it always amused me to make a non- 
magical character whose job was to help make magic work better. =)
