[UA] God Gauge

It's entirely up to you. I'm going for how the average
person and general member of the faceless masses would
see 'the gods', but the opinions of a more enlightened
individual potential carries more weight, if others
follow the same beliefs.

If I was to consider what what be most help
short-term, I'd say go for mass belief. But a more
indivdualistic opinion wouldn't be wasted, if I give
it room to incubate and develop.
