[UA] God Gauge

The first two pantheons aren't completely ruled out.
The gods in my game will be tied into human belief.
Any that merit even a small consideration as gods are
viable for inclusion (they just don't weild much REAL
power).

Good list. I'm glad to see some American gods balance
out the more European ones i grew up 'with'. I'll have
to do some research.
