The webserver is up, it's the mysql database that's down. If they're rebuilding a corrupt database and/or fixing an upgrade gone wrong, it shouldn't take too terribly long before they're up again. If there was a serious problem & they're restoring from a backup, it may take several more hours to most of the day. This is based on my experience as a sysadmin in a webhosting facility, and assuming that no one at the facility hosting the server(s) has to do any hands-on work (ie - unracking boxes & replacing hardware). YMMV.
