Weird on many levels.  I'm surprised this was considered as late as
1994.  Given some of the other whackado ideas that got funding (
remote viewing, MK ULTRA, et. al. ) it seems like that belongs back in
the 60's or 70's.

Although.. if there was a Narquis compound, which when combined with
club music, turned straights gay... might be popular... [chuckle]
