[UA] This is sufficiently weird to deserve a plot

Is it just me or does this sound like the world is tipping into Doom Patrol
territory?

Which reminds me, as this is the UA list, I should add that after Truth and
Justice, UA would be the greatest game every to run a Doom Patrol campaign
in.  And it is great to rip off Doom Patrol for UA plots/artifacts.
