Well, I have been working on and off on a cabal started by a dumpster diver 
and leading to some very bizarre variations on existing Adept schools and 
slants on some Archetypes... but I think you mean the postmodern flavor of 
what they are doing. In which case... I think it's the Gatherer half of the 
Urban Savage's Hunting and Gathering.

Hunting, of course, is mugging in a dark alley.
