Well, Cobweb Farmers and Bodybags might be able to pull it off with a major
charge, and you never know what will happen with unnatural phenomenon.

As far as I recall there's only one dude with the knownledge to reliably
warp time, and he's not going to help you kill your grandfather or snag
Action Comics #1 straight from the news stand or anything like that.
