That sounds interesting. I was just watching some of the special features on Rocky Balboa and the cast and crew were talking about how in Philadelphia nobody refers to him as Sylvester Stalone but rather as Rocky. His character is a big part of the culture.
Perhaps this kind of personamancer could gain a minor charge by running up the steps of the famous art museum and waving their arms in triumph.
Of course, even if the intention is to only take on the role of historical figures, you can always say Rocky is a real entity in your world, after all, it's your reality. Why not?
