[UA] UA Amnesia scenarios

I enjoy the amnesia scenario as a way of kicking off UA campaigns (or
just adventures). I recently came across a cool idea while reading a
review for the movie "Film Noir" on Twitch: waking up beneath the
Hollywood sign next to a dead cop. That pretty much makes me want to
start a campaign straight away. Anyone else got any cool ideas for an
evocative amnesia scenario?
