[UA] Easter Eggs

I just finished re-reading the UA2 book again and I
noticed a couple of easter eggs.  

First, on the page in the GM's Only chapter that shows
a relationship map drawn on a napkin, the coffee shop
from whence the napkin came is credited in the same
style as the art credits throughout the book.

Second, on page 333, the header and symbols down the
side of the page are backwards and upside down.   

Any others?

Also, in To Go, I believe an Avatar of the Fool is
referenced as being on page 23.  In parantheses by the
page reference is "(ha!)."  Is that an illumnatus/23
numerology/conspiracy reference or what?
