Okay this isn’t really news but could be a good setting.
http://news.scotsman.com/world/Pregnant-man--tells-.3947747.jp
Born a woman, became a man in appearance but kept woman gadgets.
Now pregnant – media circus n stuff.
Screams mystic hermaphrodite, but the pregnancy is conflicting, maybe mother thing, maybe a synergy mother father; the parent?
Would be a good setting if you had a mystic herm (maybe freak) who was preggers and all over the tv (ie hard for pcs to get to)
S/He’s trying to do some big magic mojo- symbolically disarm or merge the genders through a mass display.
PCs want to stop it because they think (as a side effect or an evil intent) this will usher in the sterilisation of the human race.
Maybe the MH used a charge to become pregnant. They either want it dead or are hired to protect it from god squad?
Interesting topic, characters and media coverage.

Subject: [UA] Another great location - Scott and Shackleton's abandoned huts in Antarctica
Hello boys and girls.
Another great location from Fogonazos (http://fogonazos.blogspot.com): Scott and Shackleton's abandoned huts in Antarctica (http://fogonazos.blogspot.com/2008/03/scott-and-shackletons-abandoned-huts-in.html). All illustrated with wonderful photos (perfect as handouts).
I think both a cliomancer and a dipsomancer may find something interesting here but it is a so magickal place that any kind of strange events may happen here.
Regards.
