[UA] Post-postmodern

The setting of UA is post-modern, but PoMo has been dead and gone fore a
while now, replaced by the ascending New Sincerity.  The dominant movers and
shakers are ironic, but surely they must be dwindling with the paradigm
shift.  This does not speak to the practical aspects, mystical or mundane,
that go into the tools of the various Armies.  Post-Irony strikes me as less
competitive.  The ideal of raising everyone up and never cutting anyone down
seems like an invitation to a Darwin Award.  So my question is two-fold:
What might this new generation do to secure its place, and as the postmodern
world lays dying, what is the appearance of the New Sincerity world coming
into being?
