[UA] North Korea's Ghost Hotel

Dubbed the worst building in the world, it remains
unfinished and unoccupied and shall remain so forever.

Why?

1) Did the rooms and floors start rearranging
themselves and eating construction workers? 

2) Did it start piercing the veil of heaven and the
Invisible Clergy started wandering the long alleys
with their sanity exploding presences?

3) All of the above.

What other UA goodness can you all spin into this?
