[UA] North Korea's Ghost Hotel

Its a Mirror of Dorian Grey on a giant scale binding together Kim Jong-Il
and North Korea. As long as it stands he will never age nor will North Korea
ever change. Instead the building gradually decays and worsens as it takes
on the excesses of the North Korean state and leader but never actually
collapsing. Its rooms are filled with the ghosts of those who died in the
regime but also with the ideas of change - democracy, communism,
anti-authority, even shades of alternative leaders are made real and wander
the halls. At the apex is a chair, a version of the hotel made human size.
The chair is forever empty, the 332nd seat of the Invisible Clergy. Until
the building is destroyed or the chair sat on, the universe will never end.

Needless to say the First and Last Man has made it a personal mission to
destroy the hotel. He is behind the websites about its use and the illicit
videoing (the north korean efforts to remove it from the skyline are part of
an on going magical attempt to permanently remove it from the worlds memory.
The 1 Korean cliomancer is extremely well funded in his efforts to secure a
major charge)

For a more Kult-ish take, its an archon's tower as viewed through a tear in
the Illusion and its the power of the tower that has sustained Kim (who is
himself one of the archon's lictors).
