Speaking as a resident of Wyoming (Sheridan to be precise) I second 
that; though frankly I don't know how much of the state's weirdness 
qualifies as evil so much as stupid. In fact, if anyone is looking for 
some background info on the state (especially the north-east corner 
where I live) I'd be happy to chip in.
