Let's start at the beginning. How would you stat
Dexter? He's sociopathic or near, he has no Passions
and an Obsession Soul Skill to "Be Normal".
Technically this is wrong since he's been annoyed and
lost his temper befpre.

He must have some sort of Paradigm Skill called
Harry's Code which allows him to fake interactions and
perhaps allows him to simulate his dead Passions
voluntarily.

Any other takers?
