First whack ( HA! ) at stats for Dexter Morgan.

I've left out the question as to which path ( Thanatomancer or
Executioner ) he's following.  Also, I presume he's not a sociopath;
at least, he's not a conventional sociopath.   Madness meter gauges
are a complete guess based on descriptions from the UA2 book.
