[UA] Chinese demons

There's some information I've been wanting to track down for a writing project, and it occurred to me that someone on this list might be able to help me. Does anyone know of any Chinese demons (especially Taoist ones) that are identified with beasts, predation, and/or hunting? Failing that, does anyone know of any websites that might direct me towards such an entity? Thanks.
