[UA] Gnome

Maybe some twisted personomancer variant or rite, wherein the viewers are
convinced that a mythical creature or animated object exists and that the
adept/performer is that thing.  Perhaps it is the only way to juice up masks
of mostly humanoid mythological beings, as opposed to animal based ones.
