[UA] Dead Presidents Campaign, final stages

Maybe Bush can become a demon, and possess Cheney- in a sense the VP is a
proxy for the President anyway, so it wouldn't be much of a stretch to say
that the Founding Fathers hid a proxy ritual in the veep's oath of office,
allowing a deceased president to lierally step into his successor's shoes.
Of course, to possess Cheney, the PCs will first have to figure out a way
around the magical protections in Cheney's clockwork heart- why do you think
the guy had so much heart surgery?

I'd also like to take the opportunity to say hello to the Project Echelon
