Well, people will know you created it, since I can put
your full name on it, and you own everything that you
created. Everything that other people create is
their's and the PDF floats around in perpetuity thanks
to the fan base.

Well, I'll give it a once or twice over to edit but if
you want to add a few illustrations, please do. If you
have any or want to do any, let me know so we can add
them to file. I might do one or two drawings.
