 Very good input, "Susan" ;).  I was thinking the whole time that something
"weird" was missing on what I had written so far.  What's also really good
is that your charging structure (especially for the sig) incidentally fits
my player's character extremely well... he chose the obsession "outdoor sex"
for that character.  x)
I'm gonna use pretty much 99% of that input and credit you for it.  The
taboo and charging structure you suggest fit the school's sketch and
symbolic tension and central paradox way better than what I've had so far.

A reason I choose 24 hours for the taboo still, is that there's also the
taboo of never having sex with the same person, twice.  Also including the
difficulty of going straight from small-talk to getting it on, I think it's
going to be hard enough in my game for the lustmonkey to gain charges, not
to mention keep them (especially since my games are not exclusively
city-centric).

There's a symbolic tension here, in between the freedom of getting it on
with everybody, and the shackles of never getting it on with the same person
twice.

STATS
Luxuriamancers can't gain any more than one charge from the same person,
ever – more than that just „doesn't have the same spark". The length of the
sexual interaction is actually rather irrelevant (although the longer you
take after an orgasm, the less time you'll have to move on to the next
partner), as is the number of orgasms experienced in the process.
Another quirk is that you cannot woo, wine, dine, or date with the person
you're going to charge up with. Lustmonkeys are beasts; you need to decide
upon a new partner with minimal input (physique is really all that matters)
and your partners must be similarly indiscriminating or shallow about
accepting you as a sex partner. Basically, only small-talking which leads to
the sex will also lead to charging up.
Generate a Minor Charge: Having consensual sex in private. It cannot take
you more than one hour to get started.
Generate a Significant Charge: Having consensual sex in a public place after
finding the new partner. It cannot take you less than twenty minutes flat to
get started.
Generate a Major Charge: Having a consensual sex orgy with nine or more
partners in a public place where at least as many people can see you,
whether they want to or not – and to top it off, this cannot take you more
than ten minutes to get started.
Taboo: A lustmonkey's taboo is two-fold. For one, it's getting downed from
the sexual high for too long. If you go 24 hours without at a single orgasm
(although preferably more), you lose all charges. Secondly, you can never
have sex with the same person again – such is the way of the beasts, always
seeking out new partners with potence that has yet to be conquered by you.
And finally, while falling in love is not taboo to you, it could prove to be
a royal pain and eventually get in the way of your power, or vice versa.
Random Magick Domain: Controlling hormones and other bodily chemicals, which
amounts to triggering passions, desires, minor forms of alterations to minds
and perceptions and – to a minor extent – the pool of the adept's own
physical energy. Also, tearing down any creature's facades and inhibitions
in order to sense its underlying psyche, all hit the spot of Luxuriamancy.
On the downside, Luxuriamancy's random magick is only barely capable of
creating long-lasting effects, and entirely incapable of creating any
permanent effects.
Starting Charges: Luxuriamancers only start off with one minor charge for
one reason or the other, but there are many people around town who can't
wait to get laid. What are you waiting for?
Charging Tips: An attractive and alluring Luxuriamancer who's on a serious
roll in a city will easily score seven minor charges a week, and two
significant charges on top of that. More isolated locations with less
available willing sexual partners will halve that rate (and significant
charges may be an ordeal to rack up).
Notes: A Luxuriamancer can feign the lack of consent on their own behalf of
the sexual act and still charge up. For instance, a clever lustmonkey could
pretend to be unwillingly getting gang-banged by a football jock team, but
actually be charging up; this would nevertheless qualify as „consensual sex"
if she really does want it and has the jocks fooled.
On the other hand, anybody who's hit by any sort of magick which will
effectively force them into a sex session with the lustmonkey (including any
kind outside of this school's powers) does not qualify as a partner
consenting to sex. Can't fool the cosmos on that one.
