There's no reality-bending, personality-crashing paradox behind sex. in 
fact, it could be argued that most people are obsessed with sex. So no 
magic(k). Now, if you do something wierd with sex, something that goes 
counter to this more or less universal obsession, then you got some 
serious mojo going.

that simple really.

what I would do is (especially if you intend to include the naked godess 
cult in any way) is to suddenly give this character a charge after sex. 
Next time she tries - no charge. Then  let him experiment her way into a 
ritual that consistently works for giving him a minor charge. Then seeing 
this exact ritual played out in an old porno on late-night TV in a ratty 
motel, a sudden power-out makes the name of the actress dissappear during 
the texts at the end....
