This might be pushing the edge of what's UA, but I'm going to
recommend it anyway because I love the comic:

The Maxx

As far as I've ever read in the series:  All evils are either human or
mental constructs derived from human minds.  There seem to be Avatars
(Jungle Queen, the Maxx) and an Adept (Mr. Gone).  Otherspaces exist
in the form of "Outbacks", though these are mental constructs they
have impacts that cross over into physical reality.
