So, I think that Pornomancy was intended to be the
main sex-magick school, but I think there's room for
others.

It'd be interesting to do a school where you get
charges by having sex, but the taboo structure is like
Dipsomancy or Oneiromancy - you lose all charges the
moment that no one's genitals are being stimulated. 
So all the magic has to be done in the sack. 

Maybe a minor-charge only school?  One charge per
partner (consensual only), with formulas that affect
your body and your connection with those people.

That still lacks some bite, so I think maybe the
formulas themselves need a cost - they all would
involve transfer.  You could heal someone, but only by
doing an equal amount of damage to someone else
involved.  And you could have a vision about something
significant from your partner's life, but they get one
about you, too.  And maybe you can remove a Failed
notch from someone, but you get the notch or pass it
to someone else, etc.  Maybe even lend skills around.

Just kickin' ideas around.
