I think the paradox being termed in a more tantric sense in that you give in to the lust of the body so that you can free your mind from it is good because it also covers being oppressed by that freedom, relying on what you try to escape, give in to the earthly to escape the earthly (sex as distraction from day-to-day grind), that it's the most important thing to you but it's also what you treat as most disposable, and so on and so forth. Or, as in true nymphomania, you need it but don't enjoy it, pursuing pleasure that never comes (and never cums), you have to have it but when you get it you still don't have it.

Otherwise, it could be based on transgression where only sex that crosses some line of social acceptability but which must be kept secret from those that judge, so that you rebel but it doesn't really count and feel free of society's controls by hiding from and specifically contradicting (and therefore being controlled by) those that would judge you.

People have sex for all sorts of reasons, after all.

With the Blast Effect, alternately maybe the feeling of intense blue-balls for men and... painful oversensitivity for women maybe? in the minor condition and in the significant condition it manifests as a damagingly intense or prolonged orgasm (with "prolonged" requiring the addition of a few minor charges with the added effect that damage takes place over a few rounds and causes the target to be distracted and giving them a penalty of some sort on die rolls), even to the point of cumming blood or having chafed-raw vaginal walls. Alternately, it could manifest as a really intense but inherently unsatisfiable and repressed burst of libidinous need that actually strains the body (i.e. muscles over-tensing with suppressed need, veins popping, jaws clenching, awkward places straining, etc).

Random magick: Sex, mind-body duality, instinctive physical need, and (though more difficult) the disposability of some human interactions

Spells that cause a physical or significant effect can be cast without touching the target, but require an additional minor charge when contact isn't possible (including when adept can't touch themselves for some reason)

For spells: Penetration - allows entry into places into which access could feasibly gained on the basis of how desirable (particularly sexually) the person trying to get in seems to be (i.e. nightclubs, fancy parties, places with lonely security guards of the appropriate gender, etc)

Ejaculation - Spreads your "mark" in an area, subtly making individuals in that area show a resemblance to you in behavior/desires/beliefs

Pink Eye - temporarily blinds an individual

Cheap - incurs negative penalty on target in social situations due to a feeling of shame and reduced worth

Every Five Seconds - incurs penalty on target until they next have sex due to being distracted by sexual thoughts, has been used in the past to make it more difficult to read the mind and emotions of the target

Lubed Up - can be used to give a bonus to escaping things that physically bind (like a bear-hug) or to make an object hard to hold onto

Glow - bonus to social rolls where a positive, relaxed disposition would be helpful

Freud Says - shows the relationship of target object/individual/concept to sex, useful in uncovering scandal fodder

Multiples - causes a displayed emotional peak to repeat for sum-of-dice times and can be used on self or others

Cries afterwards - 1 minor - causes target to cry and sob following the next good thing that happens to them

Sex, Therapy, Trauma - allows adept to add or subtract a temporary point in a stress rating - this change occurs the next time the target has a sex session (so that multiple rounds don't cause it to end early, but taking a break to watch a TV show and then having sex again would) and lasts until they're next aroused

Shivers (or "It's so sensitive!" - enhances a successful physical attack by causing it feel more intensely - can also be used to enhance a single, brief tactile sensation

Nothing But Mammals - 4 sig - reverts target to purely instinctive behavior patterns and for unknown reasons occasionally appears to increase hair-growth, raise body temperature, and induce lactation in both genders - can be cast on target or adept and may allow bonuses in certain specific conditions

Awwwwkward - prevents a group from working well together, unable to meet eyes or talk any more than absolutely necessary and be generally uncomfortable and distracted around each other. Overall, can be used to slow work on a project (if people feel awkward one day, they'll often feel awkward on their own the next day) or give penalties in combat to a group that increase by the proximity of members to each other, how socially acceptable their actions are, if they accidentally touch, and if their actions would be made more difficult if unable to and actively avoided having to speak clearly or make eye-contact with each other

You Want It - makes target amenable to receiving something from the adept, in combat prevents the target from dodging one attack

Do What You Want - reduces inhibitions

ORGY! - exact opposite effects of Awwwkward

It's Just Sex - allows rationalization of one session of purely physical activity(like torture or cheating on your wife or killing a man) so that it does not cause a stress check (or halves the stress-check in those cases where the action itself, such as the sex had while cheating on your wife, wouldn't require a stress check but the emotional implication would, such as a self-check for a man who believes he's not a cheater)
