Speaking personally, I've become convinced that the assassinations of JFK, Malcolm X, and Dr. King - three of the most powerful rhetoricians this country has ever seen - were all to clear the way for a Demagogue ascencion. But what rival could have been rising to power at that time ... what powerful political force was paranoid enough to plot an ascension, and had the extragovernmental forces at his command to support the attempt?

Thank the Sleepers that we don't have Nixon to kick around anymore.
