With all this talk of FDR, the New Deal, Plutomancy, the True King and the
Demagogue, I'm surprised that no one's brought up the Business Plot yet.
After all, if you're after a Plutomancer plot (complete with Butler's
unwilling Demagogue figurehead), then it fits the bill pretty precisely.
